General Manager
Cathleen Lewis serves as General Manager for Aleut Ventures, where she is responsible for setting strategic direction, advancing new business opportunities, and ensuring each venture is positioned for long-term performance and scalability.
With nearly two decades of leadership experience across Alaska’s business landscape, Cathleen has a record of driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building high-performing teams. Her background includes leading business development initiatives, securing new partnerships, guiding proposal and pursuit strategies, and aligning cross-functional teams to execute on complex opportunities.
Cathleen brings a disciplined approach to leadership, combining strategic insight with operational accountability. She works closely with her team to strengthen performance, streamline operations, and pursue growth opportunities that deliver sustainable returns for Aleut shareholders.
David Arts
Adak Operations Manager
David Arts serves as Adak Operations Manager for Aleut Ventures, leading day-to-day operations in a remote, high-demand environment. He focuses on maintaining safe, reliable fuel and equipment operations.
David began his work in Adak with Adak Fuels as a Mechanic/Fueler, where he maintained fleet equipment, trucks, and industrial generators while supporting fuel delivery operations. This hands-on experience gives him a strong understanding of the operational demands unique to island infrastructure.
He brings additional experience in field service leadership, power generation, and heavy equipment maintenance across Alaska, along with a background in equipment repair and fleet operations. Known for his practical, solutions-driven approach, David ensures Adak operations remain dependable, efficient, and responsive to community and client needs.
